Before you sell us your used games and consoles, read through these terms and conditions to understand what you’re agreeing to.
When you choose to sell games and consoles to Coin Punch Games, you make the following agreements, warranties, and representations, and agree to the following terms:
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age OR have your parents’ or guardians’ consent to enter into a purchase-and-sale agreement with Coin Punch Games.
You warrant that you are the legal owner of the item(s) you are selling to Coin Punch Games. Stolen, counterfeit, and pirated items will be reported to law enforcement.
You understand and agree that the price you are quoted is for working games and/or consoles. By entering into a purchase agreement with Coin Punch Games, you warrant that the items you are selling are in working condition. If it is discovered that the games and/or consoles you sold to us are not in working condition, Coin Punch Games reserves the right to cancel the purchase and ship your goods back to you at your expense. You understand and agree that in such an event, you are contractually obligated to provide Coin Punch Games with a full cash refund.
You warrant that you are selling original, authentic consoles & games, and not reproductions. We reserve the right to decline to purchase items that are reproductions, fakes, or unauthorized copies. If an item we purchase turns out to be a reproduction, fake, or unauthorized copy, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and ship your goods back to you at your expense. You understand and agree that in such an event, you are contractually obligated to provide Coin Punch Games with a full cash refund.
Offers are made based on current market value, demand, condition, and store inventory levels. You agree that once an offer has been made and accepted, that offer becomes final. Haggling will not be permitted once you have accepted an offer. You understand and agree that the price you agree to is final and non-negotiable.
Once a transaction is complete, all sales are final. Coin Punch Games is not liable for any data left on any games, consoles, or other devices sold to us.
Coin Punch Games reserves the right to offer store credit in place of cash. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Bulk or high-value purchases may require a signed purchase agreement and photo ID. For bulk and high-value purchases, we may require up to 5 business days for evaluation.
Coin Punch Games reserves the right to refuse to purchase any item at our sole discretion.
By selling to Coin Punch Games, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
